Thumbnails not working on vrd2009

Hello everyone!

I have an issue with vrd2009 with thumbnails not working , it doesn't display anything.

I m sure you wonder why I m using this old version. The reason is because when in full screen mode I can see the taskbar below with my open applications and I can use them easily instead of minimizing the full screen like in newer versions.

Is there a way to fix it?
